Pellet boiler MAXPell – high capacity boiler. Its construction is based on the structure of the Heiztechnik flame heat exchanger. It is equipped with an automatic burner with a sludge scraper. The combustion process is controlled by individually programmed weather-compensated automatics with HT-Logic III autocontrol for easy and user-friendly operation.
It is equipped with a pellet burner with an internal screw fuel feeder. The boiler is equipped with a burner with an automatic sludge scraper. The burners are equipped with an igniter and a photoelement for flame control.
The boiler automatics, apart from the burner operation,makes it possible to operate an advanced heating system in a weather-compensated mode using a mixing valve. By attaching additional modules (B, C), you may control additional elements of the heating system. Remote control with a room thermostat ensures operation of the technological system for comfortable temperature of heated rooms. The controller controls the operation of the burner by modulating the power depending on the boiler temperature. Operation in Fuzzy Logic mode guarantees fluent power modulation. Modulation causes that the amount of consumed fuel is minimized and the boiler operates at the highest efficiency. The automation can be equipped with a large colour display and an internet module. Boilers with the capacity of from 80 to 300 kW may be equipped with a lambda probe. Boilers above 300 kW are equipped with two burners.
Depending on the needs the boiler can be equipped with fuel tank(s) of different size or with whole systems for fuel feeding from so-called silos or bunkers. The boiler can be equipped with systems for automatic ash removal and pneumatic cleaning of the exchanger. (*option)
